Property Update Emails
Property Update Emails are automated emails sent to your leads, which contain properties that match the criteria saved in their email preferences.
Leads must be opted in to receive Property Updates, and all lead statuses (other than Inactive โ Stop All Communications) can receive property updates as long as they are opted in.

Your leads can receive Property Updates for up to three areas - they can either save 3 separate searches on your website, or you can add additional areas for them by clicking the Edit Profile button. You can see a lead's saved searches in the New Listing Updates section of the lead details.

๐ก Some of the Auto Conversations emails will let your leads know how to save multiple searches to receive listings in multiple areas.
Saved Search URLs
You can easily create listing search URLs to send to your leads by clicking the View Search Results icon. Then copy the URL and paste it into an email. When a lead clicks the link, it will automatically log them in so they can view the listing results for that search.

๐ก This is a great way to engage with service and get leads back to your Zurple website. Preface the link with context like, "The market in XX area is very active right now, here are some listings you can browse" or "I took the liberty of creating a search in XX for you."
Sent Property Update Emails
When a lead is opted in, they will receive new listing alerts once a day depending on whether there are new listings or price changes for that day. You can see sent Property Update Emails in the lead details.

๐ก If the open rate displays N/A, it's because no alerts have been sent. Either the lead is not opted in to receive Property Alerts, or the lead has not been sent any listing alerts yet (e.g., they just opted in, or no properties match their search criteria).
Manually Send Listings
You can manually send listings to your leads, which is a great way to engage and provide value. Manually sending listings is ideal for when you want a lead to see a listing that isn't new or hasn't had a price change, promote an open house, or just reach out and engage.
To send listings, click the Send Email button in the lead detail. Here you can choose recipients; the default will be the lead you were working, but you can also select additional recipients in your database. To add listings, click the Email Listing Flyer button. Next, click the search icon to search for properties to include in your email. Continue adding listings, and then add a subject line when finished.

๐ก When sending listings to a single lead, we recommend using their first name in the subject line to increase engagement. For multiple recipients, keep it relevant, short, and sweet. Humor works well too!
Sold Property Emails
Sold Property Emails are automated seller-focused emails that include recently sold listings. These emails are sent to any leads that have an address, seller goals (you can see the both in the lead details page), and are opted in. By default, Auto Leads will not be opted in to receive Sold Property Emails, only Seller+ leads.

๐ก The address in the lead details will determine the criteria for sold home, so it's always a good idea to review your new seller leads to make sure they'll be receiving the most relevant properties.
Just like Property Alert Emails, leads must be opted in to receive Property Alerts, and all lead statuses (other than Inactive โ Stop All Communications) can receive property alerts as long as they are opted in.
