This position is open to remote candidates based in one of the following states: Arizona or Washington.

Salary Range:

The pay rate for this role in the United States is $20 per hour. For compliance with local legislation, and to provide greater transparency to applicants, we share salary ranges on all job postings regardless of the desired hiring location or whether the position is remote. The posted range is an estimate and reflects many factors which are subject to change. Final offer amounts may vary from the amounts listed above, based upon geographic location, candidate experience and expertise, and other relevant factors.

Other Compensation:

Sales positions may be eligible to participate in the business commission plan.


Each month, Account Executives can earn additional compensation by achieving certain goals and/or benchmarks:

  • Achieve $5,500 MRR—receive a $500 bonus
  • Achieve $6,500 MRR—receive a $750 bonus
  • Achieve $7,500 MRR—receive a $1,000 bonus

All set-up/change fees charged and collected will lead to additional compensation to Account Executives in the form of a bonus payment. Account Executives will receive a bonus in the amount of 50% of charged and collected set-up/change fees monthly.

  • Example: Charging $1,000 in set-up/change fees will lead to $500 in bonuses
  • This can be applied via a cash spiff, or on a monthly compensation


Full time employees will also be eligible for enrollment in a wide range of choices of benefits, including medical, dental, vision, basic life insurance, short/long term disability, 401(k) participation (with company match).

Time Off:

The Company provides a minimum of 10 days of vacation for new employees, sick time based on state requirements, eight company-paid holidays, and two personal holidays per year.
