Inside Sales Account Executive

As a key part of our revenue growth team, you will have ultimate responsibility for driving new customer acquisition. You will work within a growing company with an entrepreneurial spirit, which operates with the backing of a multi-parent company.
Over the years, our Marketing department has created a steady flow of inbound leads, which go to our sales reps to close. You would have the opportunity to benefit from closing mostly warm leads, while doing some prospecting on your own to supplement those sales.
- Offices in San Diego, CA, Denver, CO and Jacksonville, FL
- AT LEAST 1-3 years of inside sales experience- preferably some cold calling.
- Knowledge of internet marketing a plus
- Knowledge of real estate a HUGE plus!
- Comfortable with 150+ dials/day.
- Comfortable with a short sales cycle (2 calls on average).
- Comfortable with technology including Microsoft Office and using a CRM (i.e., NetSuite).
- You must be an early riser, we work 7:00am-4:00pm.
- You must have energy, confidence, and passion on the phone.
- You must be PATIENT- there is a learning curve!
- You need to be a STRONG CLOSER! It takes 10 “No”s before 1 “Yes”
- Excellent oral and written communication skills. You’re selling to sales people!
